Join me for a deeply relaxing soundbath meditation designed to help you unwind, reset, and come back home to yourself. We’ll move through soothing sounds and gentle guidance, and I’ll close our time together with receiving Reiki, allowing the energy to settle, integrate, and support your nervous system and heart space.
