About the event
Aerin will guide a nourishing yoga practice designed to support relaxation and restoration. Through mindful movement, gentle stretching, breathwork, and relaxing postures, this session is created to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace in a welcoming environment.
Throughout the evening, Anitta will weave Reiki energy and immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls and grounding instruments. Sound frequencies and Reiki will be intuitively layered into the experience to support relaxation, balance, and nervous system restoration.
Surrounded by nature and the calming energy of the lake, this experience is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and simply receive.
