Black Tourmaline- I feel EVERYONE needs black Tourmaline in their life. This is my favourite stone for protection, guarding against EMF( Electronic smog) from phones, computers, etc..This is a powerful stone both physically and emotionally. The physical benefits include improved circulation, and reducing muscle aches and pains. When it comes to anxiety and lack of confidence, the black tourmaline can also help release negative energies within you. I wear black tourmaline almost daily.
 
Lepidolite is a wonderful energy to have when working through, anxiety or depression. It is Earth’s most common lithium-bearing mineral. It's energies are believed to mimic that of an anti-depressent or anti- anxiety medication.
 
Larvikite- stimulates inner visions and enhances our psychic abilities. It allows us to see the past, providing clarity to visions of past life recall.
