I feel its calming energy washing over me, like a soft, nurturing embrace. Jade reminds me of the strength within, the wisdom that guides me even when I’m not fully aware of it. I breathe in this energy, letting it bring me peace and balance.
Next, I turn my attention to the calming energy of Howlite. I feel it gently easing my mind, quieting the noise, and bringing me clarity. With each breath, I allow Howlite to help me release any tension, any worries that may be clouding my thoughts.
