Service Description

Reiki- Universal Life Force. Reiki is considered one of the highest vibrations. When we raise our vibrational frequency, our mind, body and spirit finds balance and healing. During the session you will rest comfortably on a massage table fully clothed. Loose, comfortable clothing is suggested. A session can either be hands-on where I will apply a light touch during the session, or hands-off where I will hold my hands slightly above your body. We start with an intuitively guided meditation to encourage the mind and body to relax. Each session is unique and individualized to invite healing and relaxation needed for you at that time. Some people experience a variety of sensations, which may include: warmth, cold, tingling( or pins and needles), and for some the experience is sheer relaxation. Think of reiki as an energetic massage :)
