Reiki is considered one of the highest vibrations. When we raise our vibrational frequency, our mind, body and spirit finds balance and healing on all levels. Crystals are a network of repeating geometric patterns made up of compressed ions, atoms and molecules. Every crystal has its own unique electromagnet charge. These charges, or 'Healing Vibrations' interact with the body's energy centres to remove 'blockages' and restore a healthy flow through the mind and body. During the session you will rest comfortably on a massage table fully clothed. Loose, comfortable clothing is suggested. A session can either be hands-on where I will apply a light touch during the session, or hands-off where I will hold my hands slightly above your body. We start with an intuitively guided meditation to encourage the mind and body to relax. I will proceed with the session incorporating your crystals as I move through guided Reiki hand positions. Each session is unique and individualized to invite healing and relaxation needed for you at that time. People experience a variety of sensations, some include: warmth, cold, tingling( pins and needles), and for some the experience is sheer relaxation. The crystals are yours to keep! Cash & E-transfer are preferred methods of payment
