Spend time nourishing your mind, body and soul. This wellness session combines Accunect, Reiki, Meditation, Colour, Sound & Crystals to help the body shift and balance what's needed and encourage deep healing on all levels- Mind, body and spirit. Reiki- Universal Life Force. Reiki is considered one of the highest vibrations. When we raise our vibrational frequency, we experience positive emotions, aches and pains ease, and stress releases. Crystals are a network of repeating geometric patterns made up of compressed ions, atoms and molecules. Every crystal has its own unique electromagnet charge. These charges, or 'Healing Vibrations' interact with the body's energy centres to remove 'blockages' and restore a healthy flow through the mind and body. Accunect: We can find out where the body is functioning inefficiently due to stress using a gentle muscle-checking technique. Using tapping, the body’s internal awareness is redirected to focus on these areas and facilitate the return to balance. Clinical results have shown that this method of healing helps the nervous system to focus better on all systems within the body. As the body becomes aware of the areas that have previously been ignored, balance is re-established. During a session, I find areas in the body that need to be addressed, while you rest comfortably on a massage table fully clothed. Loose, comfortable clothing is suggested. A session can either be hands-on where I will apply a light touch during the session, or hands-off where I will hold my hands slightly above your body. We start with an intuitively guided meditation to encourage the mind and body to relax. Each session is unique and individualized to invite healing and relaxation needed for you at that time. People experience a variety of sensations, some include: warmth, cold, tingling( pins and needles), and for some the experience is sheer relaxation. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and your well-being is our priority. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling and ensure fairness to both clients and practitioners, we have established the following cancellation policy for Reiki sessions: Cancellation Notice: Clients are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a Reiki session. This allows us to offer the time slot to others in need of healing. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be considered as late cancellations. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us honor the time and commitment of our dedicated Reiki practitioners. No-Show Policy: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without providing any notice (a "no-show"), the full session fee may be charged. This policy helps us manage our practitioners' time effectively and ensures that those in need can access our services promptly. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for genuine emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible in such situations, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. If a cancellation is made within the stipulated notice period, a refund or rescheduling option may be provided. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Your cooperation with our cancellation policy ensures a smooth and efficient scheduling process for all clients and practitioners.
