I understand that Reiki is a stress reduction and relaxation technique. I acknowledge
that treatments administered are only for the purpose of helping me relax and to
relieve stress. Reiki practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe
substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed
medical professional. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed
health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have.
I also understand and believe that the body has the ability to heal itself, and to do so
complete relaxation is often beneficial. Long-term imbalances in the body sometimes
require multiple treatments to allow the body to reach the level of relaxation necessary
to bring the system back into balance. I understand and believe that self-improvement
requires commitment on my part.

I will do a full body treatment and go over imbalances as well as anything that comes
up at the end of the session.
Cancellation & Changes of an Appointment:
In order to be respectful of the time and the needs of other clients please be courteous and contact me promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. The canceled time period can then be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of treatment. If it's necessary for you to cancel or change your scheduled appointment I require that you call me at least 24-hours in advance.
How to Cancel Your Appointment:
To cancel an appointment please call or text me at 587-784-9250. If you reach the
voice-mail please leave a detailed message. If you would like to reschedule your
appointment please be sure to leave your phone number and let me know the best
time to return your call.
No-Show Policy:
A "no-show" is someone who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without
calling at least 24-hours in advance to cancel. "No-shows" inconvenience me as well as people who are in urgent need of sessions.
Late Cancellations:
Late cancellations will be considered a "no-show". Exceptions will only be made in
extraordinary circumstances. Cancellations made more than 24-hours in advance of
your scheduled appointment time will not be assessed a cancellation fee.
